Recipe Title: Taheeni Bi Bagdounis (Parsley and Sesame seed paste)

1 1/2 cups Parsley (coarsely chopped)

1 cup taheeni,

Juice of one large lemon,

1 tsp salt,

3 cloves garlic,

1/2 cup cold water.

Crush garlic with salt and make a smooth paste. In a mixer add taheeni,lemon juice,1 1/4 cup of parsely, paste of garlic and water & mix to a thick paste. If the paste is too thick you can add a little more cold water and mix, the paste should be like mayonise, when it is done empty the paste in a large plate. Add some olive oil on it and sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup parsley on top.

You can enjoy this dish with labenese or irani bread or hot chapaties. You can also relish it with my other dish i.e Arabic Omlet in the breakfast category.
