On October 5, 2024, as part of its 25th anniversary celebrations, Tulu Koota Kuwait paid a special visit to Sneha Bharati Vidya Institute Namma Hiriyara Mane, a home for senior citizens located in Arala, Bantwal Taluk. The visit was a gesture of care and solidarity with the elderly, who hold an invaluable place in society.
In a heartwarming ceremony, Tulu Koota Kuwait distributed 60 specially designed t-shirts, emblazoned with the 25th-year commemorative logo of TKK, to the residents of the home. This act of giving was a reflection of Tulukoota’s mission to engage with and support the community, especially during its milestone year.
The event was graced by Tulukoota President Mr. Abdul Razzaq and ex-president and committee member Mr. Chandrahas Shetty. Their presence added a personal touch, as they interacted with the residents, ensuring the visit was not just about material gifts but also about spreading warmth and joy.
The elders expressed heartfelt gratitude, and the moments of connection during the day served as a reminder of the importance of caring for and respecting our senior citizens. The initiative is one of several that Tulu Koota Kuwait has organized this year, reinforcing its commitment to social causes and community welfare, both locally and abroad.
Tulu Koota Kuwait continues to uphold its values of fostering unity and cultural pride, even as it enters its 25th year of existence. The organization remains dedicated to giving back to society, and this visit serves as a testament to its ongoing efforts to make a positive impact.
